Price Lock Guarantee — offer open until 31 October 2026. Start a paid plan on or before then and the rate on your first invoice is the rate you keep for 24 months, through every renewal, in CAD or USD. Upgrades never restart the clock. Start after that date and an annual plan still holds its rate for the 12-month term you bought; monthly plans get 30 days' notice of any change.

How much does Estiquik cost?
Starter is CA$24.99 a month or CA$249.99 a year, Pro is CA$34.99 a month or CA$349.99 a year, and Crew is CA$79.99 a month or CA$799.99 a year. Accounts outside Canada are billed in US dollars: $19.99, $29.99 and $69.99 a month, or $199.99, $299.99 and $699.99 a year. The Free plan is $0 with three estimates.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, with no time limit and no card. Free keeps up to three estimates, built from a blank sheet, with your client records and your region's tax rate worked out for you. You can print them or save a PDF to hand over. What Free doesn't do is send: emailing, the signing link and invoicing are on Starter, along with the seven templates. Plan takeoff, expenses, contracts and change orders are on Pro.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial of Starter, Pro or Crew starts without a card. If you don't subscribe when it ends, the account drops to Free rather than locking you out.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
Your account drops to the Free plan — it isn't locked. You keep signing in, your estimates and clients stay where they are, and you can still open and print them. Sending, invoicing and takeoff stop until you subscribe again, and Free's three-estimate limit applies to new ones. Nothing is deleted for lapsing.
Is there per-user pricing?
No. Free, Starter and Pro are one login. Crew is one flat price for a workspace of up to 10 people, each with their own login — adding a person never changes the bill. Billing, payment connections and invites stay with the account owner.
Which currency am I charged in?
Canadian accounts are charged in Canadian dollars and US accounts in US dollars. The region on your Account page decides which, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged — not a conversion on the day. This page guesses from your clock; the toggle above switches it.
Will the price go up after I subscribe?
Two cases. Start by 31 October 2026 and your rate is held for 24 months under the Price Lock Guarantee, monthly or annual. Start after that and an annual plan still holds its rate for the 12-month term you bought, while a monthly plan can change at a later billing cycle with at least 30 days' notice by email. Whichever applies, you can see your rate and its end date on your Billing page.
Are card processing fees included?
Card payments on invoices go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's processing fee is paid to Stripe and the money lands in your bank. Estiquik takes no cut of your invoices, on any plan.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Billing page at any time — no email, no call. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the account then drops to Free with your data intact. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise, so cancel before a renewal rather than after.
Is sales tax included in the price?
No. Prices exclude sales tax, GST/HST or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies to your subscription.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You keep it. Estimates export to CSV or JSON on every plan, including Free — take a backup before you cancel and nothing is stranded. We'd rather you leave clean than feel trapped.
