Estiquik is estimating and invoicing software for renovation contractors. It is built, run and supported by Gintii AI Inc., a small software company in Ontario, Canada. There is no venture fund behind us and no call centre — the people who write the software are the people who answer the email.
Estiquik is an independent product. It is not a government app, and Gintii AI Inc. is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Canada Revenue Agency, the IRS, any provincial or state tax authority, or any other government body. Gintii AI Inc. builds vertical software: narrow, self-serve tools aimed at one trade or one kind of small business at a time, rather than a single general-purpose platform that tries to fit everybody badly. Estiquik is the product aimed at renovation and home-improvement contractors.
Every product we run sits on the same foundation — Google Firebase for authentication and data, Stripe for payments, and static hosting with no servers of our own to misconfigure. That is a deliberate choice: it keeps the operating cost low enough that we can charge contractor-sized prices and still be here in five years, and it means security work done once protects every product we ship.
Gintii AI Inc. is three co-founders in Southwestern Ontario. Between us we have run software teams, retail roll-outs and construction sites, and written the backend systems behind payments and online sign-ups. That's about fifty years of building, and everything we make is for people who are too busy doing the work to fight their software.

Nearly twenty years running projects in software, retail and construction. He led a 35-person software team on a retail-tracking platform used across 35,000 stores in 100 cities, built and sold a skincare brand, then moved into construction: warehouse automation, clean rooms, an EV battery gigafactory and a renovation company of his own. Estiquik came first, and PhonePick grew out of it.

Twenty-two years delivering construction across Canada, the UAE, Qatar and India: residential, commercial and infrastructure work, including a 1.67-million-square-foot build and a million safe work-hours with zero incidents. He brings the owner's-side habits our tools are built around: honest schedules, tight change control, clean paperwork.

Thirteen years building backend systems: registration platforms, payments APIs and serverless cloud services, including leading a team of five developers. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a postgraduate qualification in machine learning and AI, and he is usually the one trying to break a PhonePick call before a customer can.
Estimating software has a gap in the middle. At one end are spreadsheets and paper — free, endlessly flexible, and the reason so many jobs get underbid by a forgotten line. At the other end are construction platforms priced and built for general contractors running dozens of crews, with an onboarding call before you are allowed to see a number.
Estiquik is built for the contractor in between: the one- to ten-person renovation business that needs a defensible estimate in front of a homeowner tonight, an invoice that gets paid, and a record of what the job actually cost. That is why the app opens on a blank estimate rather than a dashboard, why the price is on the pricing page, and why you can put your own numbers in without asking us to enable anything.
