Bathrooms are small rooms with expensive surfaces. Estiquik's bathroom template lists the 26 lines a full renovation needs — floor and wall tile by the square foot, waterproofing, the fixtures, the trades — at starting prices for your province or state, with an optional powder room for the jobs that come in pairs.
Every line below arrives with a starting price scaled to your province or state. Quantities are the template's defaults — you change them to the job. Prices are deliberately not shown here, because yours will differ from ours and the point is that they are editable.

Line items as shipped in Estiquik's Bathroom Renovation template on 7 September 2026. Contingency defaults to 15% on this template; markup and tax are yours. How the whole estimate is built.
The bathroom template ships with 26 line items across a full bathroom and an optional powder room: tile and waterproofing by the square foot, the tub or shower, vanity, toilet, faucet and accessories as fixtures, the exhaust fan and lighting, and demolition, plumbing, electrical and tiling as trades. Each carries a quantity, a unit and a researched starting price.
Prices are scaled by a regional index for your province or state and every one is editable; your corrections become your baseline. Contingency defaults to 15%, because what is behind the old tile is the most expensive unknown in residential work.
Contingency is applied to cost first, then your markup, then the tax for your region — GST, HST or PST by province, state tax in the US. The markup calculator shows what any markup really keeps as margin, and contingency vs markup explains why they are separate lines.
Attach the PDF or a photo, set the scale, and the plan takeoff sends measured quantities to these lines with the prices left for you. For this job type, the measurements that matter:
the room to the finished faces, less the tub footprint if it stays.
wall run × height for the wet walls; a shower to the ceiling, a tub surround to the height you agreed.
the same wet-wall area plus the floor of a shower; the template prices it separately so it is never forgotten.
counted, not measured — a takeoff count item per vanity light, GFCI and exhaust fan.
Or a signing link. The client signs from their phone; name, time and document fingerprint are recorded. Follow-ups go out automatically on Pro.
Scope, payment schedule with deposit, draws and holdback, change-order clause. E-signed and filed with the job.
The extra pot lights, the upgraded tile. Each one rolls into a revised contract value, so the final invoice is never a surprise.
Deposit, draws and completion from the schedule on the estimate, with a Pay by card button through your own Stripe and e-Transfers recorded.
No single number, on purpose. The template lists the 26 lines a full bathroom needs at starting prices for your region; your quantities and corrected prices make the total. One real bathroom priced in it is a better guide than any published range.
Yes. The tub and shower are separate fixture lines; delete the one you are not installing, adjust the tile and waterproofing quantities, and add a glass door line if there is one.
It is an optional second room on the template with its own short list — vanity, toilet, faucet, tile, paint, plumbing — for the jobs that come with a half-bath on the main floor.
Yes. Any line can be marked as a client allowance so the estimate says what is included and the client pays the difference above it.
