Sub-processors
Last updated: 14 August 2026
A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf so we can run the service. This is the complete current list. It is short by design — Estiquik uses two vendors.
Current sub-processors
| Provider | What it does | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC (Firebase & Google Cloud) | Authentication, database (Firestore), static hosting, serverless functions, secret storage | Account details, estimates, invoices, client records you store, authentication credentials, service logs | United States (Firestore nam5 multi-region); hosting served from a global CDN |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing and payment processing | Your name, email, billing address and payment method — collected by Stripe directly. We receive only a customer ID and subscription status. | United States and Stripe's global infrastructure |
What we deliberately do not use
As of the date above, Estiquik does not use:
- Third-party analytics or product-telemetry services
- Advertising networks, retargeting pixels or behavioural tracking
- Third-party customer-support, chat-widget or CRM tools
- Email marketing platforms
- AI or machine-learning vendors — your estimates and client records are not sent to any model provider
Fonts and styles are served from our own domain rather than a third-party CDN, so loading the app does not disclose your visit to another company.
Cross-border transfers
Both sub-processors store and process data in the United States. If you or your customers are in Canada, the UK or the EU, personal information is transferred outside your country and is subject to US law, including lawful access requests. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) expects organisations to be transparent about this with the individuals concerned — so if you hold Canadian customers' details in Estiquik, reflect that in your own privacy notice.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before adding a new sub-processor that handles personal data, and will notify account holders by email of material additions. If you object to a new sub-processor, you may cancel your subscription as described in the Terms of Service.
