The offer

Two things, and they only work together.

A locked price on software you can't move into is worth nothing. A free migration into software that reprices you next spring is a trap. So we're doing both.

24 months

Your rate does not move

The rate on your first invoice is the rate you keep for two years — through every renewal, monthly or annual, in US or Canadian dollars. If we raise our published prices in that time, your subscription isn't touched. When the lock ends we email you at least 30 days before anything changes.

Your data comes with you

Export your clients, estimates and invoices from the app you're on now and bring them in — the importer reads Joist and Jobber exports directly, and maps other CSVs column by column. You see exactly what will be created before anything is written, and re-running the same file never duplicates records.

Stuck? Email the file to support@estiquik.com and we'll do it with you on a call.

Migration

Four steps, and you're moved in.

The import wizard isn't behind a paid plan — you can run it before you ever pay us anything.

STEP 1

Export

Download the clients and invoices CSV from your current app. Monthly export, full history, whatever it gives you.

STEP 2

Map

Drop the file in. Columns are matched to fields automatically — you correct anything it guessed wrong.

STEP 3

Preview

A dry run shows every record that's about to be created. Nothing is written until you say so.

STEP 4

Import

Records are stamped with their source file, so running it twice updates rather than duplicates.

One honest limit: some apps export invoices without line items — Joist's does. Those come in as a single line at the invoice subtotal, with the totals and tax intact.

What you get

Built small. Bids big.

The paperwork a general contractor with an office manager sends out — from a phone, in the driveway, before you leave the job.

Estimates priced for your region

Line items with regional pricing, contingency and markup, room by room. Print it or email it as a clean PDF.

Contracts from the estimate

Draft a contract off an approved estimate, print it for signing, and attach the signed copy back to the job.

Invoices and card payments

Turn an estimate into an invoice, or write a standalone one. Connect your own Stripe account and take card payments — the money lands in your account.

Expenses and receipts

Photograph receipts on site, split tax at your region's rate, and see estimated versus actual on every job.

QuickBooks Online sync

Clients, invoices and payments sync across as you save, so your bookkeeper isn't re-keying anything.

A shared crew workspace

On Crew, up to ten people work in the same set of jobs. Billing and integrations stay with the owner.

Pricing

Three plans. All of them lockable.

Start anywhere. Upgrading later never restarts your 24 months — you pay the new tier's current rate for whatever time is left on your lock.

Questions

The things people ask before switching.

What exactly is locked?

Your plan's rate, at the price shown when you subscribed, through every renewal for 24 months — monthly or annual, USD or CAD. If a feature you use moves to a higher tier for new customers, it stays on your plan for the length of your lock. Tax isn't locked, because governments set that, not us.

What happens after the 24 months?

The lock ends and your price becomes our published price for your plan. We email you at least 30 days before the first invoice at the new rate, and you can cancel at any point without a fee.

I take winters off. Do I lose the lock if I cancel?

Not if you come back within 30 days — your original lock resumes for whatever time was left on it. After that you're on whatever price is published the day you resubscribe.

Will my old invoices really come across?

Clients, estimates and invoices import from a CSV export, with amounts already paid recorded as payments. Joist and Jobber exports are read directly, including Jobber's one-row-per-property client list, which gets folded back into one record per customer. Invoices exported without line items arrive as a single line at the subtotal.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The trial runs 14 days without one, and you can run the import wizard before you pay anything — it isn't behind a plan.

How is the lock actually enforced?

Your locked rate and its end date are recorded on your subscription and charged by the billing system on every renewal until the date passes. You can see both on your Billing page at any time.

Lock your price before 31 October.

Two years at the rate you sign up for, and we'll move your clients, estimates and invoices over from your current app for free.
